The technology of producing castings of heat-resistant alloys with the use of LFC has been developed, the act of carrying out industrial tests and the act of introducing have been obtained. The effect of micro-additives on the heat-resistant properties of alloys based on the Fe-Cr- . system has been studied. The composition of a new self-regenerating heat-resistant coating with the use of halloysite nanotubes has been developed and tested. The phase composition of high-temperature alloys based on the Fe-Al system with a high aluminum content has been studied. The optimal composition for manufacturing the model with the LFC technology (lost foam casting) with the use of high-temperature alloys has been determined. It is recommended to use the industrial polystyrene grade PSB-25 with addition of crumbs in the amount of 40-45 %. Such a composition provides the best parameters of the model combustion process, minimum roughness and burning-on of the finished casting.
