In this monograph theory and practice act as a driving force for the development of the creative potential of the future teacher. An attempt is made to create and substantiate a model and a set of conditions providing the interrelation of theory and practice in the development of the future teacher's creative potential. The interrelation integrates aspects of creative assimilation of educational activity by an individual, qualitative transformation of theory, practice and development of creative potential of a future teacher, realizing his/her essential needs in self-realization and development of creative potential. The tendencies of development of the creative potential of the future teacher in higher education institution are identified.
