The paper considers the evolutionary logic of the emergence and development of cellular and molecular elements of the nervous and immune systems. It is concluded that in various types of pathology of the nervous system there is a transition of immune system functioning to earlier phylogenetic and ontogenetic stages of immune and nervous system development: predominance of innate immunity reactions, lectin-carbohydrate and phagocytic reactions in nervous system cells.
