Bioplastic can be made from polylactic acids (PLA) present in plants or from polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) produced by microorganisms; it is a material similar to plastic obtained from petroleum derivatives; it is commonly used in food packaging, medical devices, such as sutures and cardiovascular patches. Produktbeschreibung
The objective of this work will be to develop a biodegradable thermal packaging (ETB) based on mango husk flour (HCM), rice husk (HCA) and cassava starch (AY) as an alternative to the use of plastic, changing the concentrations of the flours, in order to evaluate its effect on the physical properties such as the thermal conductivity coefficient and its degradation time. It will be a descriptive research and the data will be evaluated with the analysis of variance; as independent variables the concentration of HCM, HCA and AY (from 15 to 30 %) and a control (100 % mass of the bioplastic) with a methodology based on the authors Avalos and Torres.
