In this work, the procedures for diagnosing the economic environment concerning the insurance market are shown, using classical models of the diagnosis. Based on the diagnosis of the economic environment, I try to identify the current problems and solutions to develop a commercial strategy for an insurance product, where the pitfalls for innovating in the insurance field and the steps to develop an innovative development strategy for an insurance product.
