Nacido en Rusia en 1985, actualmente vive en la República de Moldavia. En 2008, se graduó de la Academia de Estudios Económicos de Moldavia y continuó sus estudios de maestría en Estrasburgo. Se apasiona por la ciencia y la investigación en el campo de la economía y la gestión.
