Training or development of individuals can be achieved by applying the concept of "delegation". This very concept is important to master in order to become a successful and legendary leader in any business set up. Two factors play a pivotal role in the developed delegation concept. Firstly, responses from a questionnaire survey from 70 entrepreneurs and managers in industry were analysed in order to get a realistic view point. Secondly, Chapter 6 highlights important and traditional management theories that are used as the foundation of the final developed delegation concept. The author concluded that anyone can master theory but not everyone can practice theory.

The author was born in Bulawayo- Zimbabwe and moved to Germany in 2007. She successfully completed a Bachelor of Science in Textile and Clothing Management at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, Mönchengladbach. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Science in Management of Textile Trade and Technology.
