The objective of this study was to develop a dyeing process with a new range of GOTS certified reactive dyes. In the course of this study, we were able to develop 12 different shades of concentration (ranging from 0.05% to 6%) for the 6 dyes of the new INFAZOL S range of GOTS certified reactive dyes. The objective of this study was to develop a dyeing process with a new range of GOTS certified reactive dyes. In the course of this study, we were able to develop 12 different shades of concentration (ranging from 0.05% to 6%) for the 6 dyes of the new INFAZOL S range of GOTS certified reactive dyes. The fastnesses of this new range of dyes are good to very good and they are almost the same values as the former range of reactive dyes. Subsequently, we formulated a pantone of colors based on the three primary colors. This pantone contains 25 different shades. The results of the dyeings carried out in trichromy are also encouraging especially for the nuances difficult to reproduce. The last part was devoted to a comparative study between the rejection of the new range and the old range of the reactive dye. The results found approve well that this new range is largely more ecological than the traditional range. In conclusion, the technical and ecological study shows that this new range is very interesting.
