This work is devoted to aluminum re-oxidation process at the "slag/metal" interface in the ladle-furnace. The particularity of work is the problem what about reaction mechanism of process which is being accepted with diffusion kinetic theory considerations. But there exist some assumptions for necessary to accept the mechanism according to formal kinetic theory postulates. There have been fulfilled some experiments with droplets at the system of two immiscible liquids. This experiments confirm the boundary layer absence on the interface of two intensive stirred immiscible liquid phases. At this case the rate of process depends of reactants concentration, velocity of liquid circulating and the degree of phases emulsification, i.e. it is the multifactor depended process.
