Koku Kemenanaebi Obiyai hat einen Doktortitel in landwirtschaftlicher Bildung. Er ist Dozent und amtierender Leiter des Fachbereichs für Berufsbildung und Technologie an der Niger-Delta-Universität Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Er hat über fünfzig Artikel in angesehenen inländischen und indizierten ausländischen Fachzeitschriften veröffentlicht und mehrere Buchkapitel verfasst.
