Suleimenova Gulzhanat Zhalelovna - licenciada por el Instituto Pedagógico de Aktobe que lleva el nombre de K. Zhubanov en 1995. Tiene el título académico de Maestra en Pedagogía y el título científico de Candidata en Ciencias Históricas. Es autora de más de 40 artículos científicos.
