The author belongs to Somvarappadu-Gangavaram of Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh state. He finished M.Tech Nano Science and Technology from Anna University of Technology Tiruchirappalli in 2011.His research interest includes Nanoelectronics, Solar cells and Optical sensors.
