People are able not only to carry out their professional activities in a highly effective way, but also to live a full life, in continuous self-development. Self-development can be the content of any human activity and the core of a person's personal life, but for now the main social goal remains the socialization of a person as a member of, first of all, a professional group. But orientation only on the development of professional skills deforms the personality and prevents a person from true self-actualization. Overcoming of personal deformations and efficiency of self-development as a factor of acme achievement and self-actualization are conditioned by the formation and development of such personal quality as acmeological culture. High level of acmeological culture allows a person to comprehend the process of self-development as a life value, to create conditions for self-improvement and self-realization in the course of life activity, to learn, actualize, creatively manifest their individuality. The development of acmeological culture as a personal quality leads to the establishment of new tasks that open up opportunities for new life choices of the individual, for new steps to achieve acme and self-actualization.
