Produktbeschreibung
The work is devoted to the development of production technology for new structures of jacquard ribbons. Computer design of the machine stipulates mainly the expansion of the range of produced products and more convenient storage of information and weave pattern, and the artist-designer can on the monitor without working out samples to apply a multivariation approach to the production of this pattern, apply different combinations of tones and weaves and transfer the program to the computer disk controlling the electronic jacquard machine, which would require a lot of time and large material costs in the development of the pattern in the classical way. New systems of jacquard ribbon pattern coding are proposed, taking into account the weaves of ground and patterned yarns, the type of jacquard machine and the sequence of used weaves. The technological sequence of designing, preparation and production of special-purpose jacquard ribbons is developed, the method of fixing sagging patterned weft yarns on the wrong side of the ribbon is specified.
