The development of the Moroccan university occupies a priority place in national policy to play its role as a place of knowledge and culture, and to meet the needs of the economic and industrial market as a source of skills, elite and citizen of tomorrow. The major challenges that Moroccan universities must meet consist of providing the different socio-economic sectors of the country with the skills necessary for the implementation of the "major projects policy" initiated by the State, materialized by plans, programs, projects and sectoral development strategies: National Pact for the industrial emergence and new global professions of Morocco (Offshoring, automobile, aeronautics and space, electronics, textiles and leather, agri-food); AZUR Plan, Green Morocco Plan ... These skills needs require the orientation of a greater number of students towards scientific, technical and professional branches. In line with such a proactive policy, Moroccan universities must integrate into the socio-economic development process.
