Twalinohamba obtained a MPhil. in Environmental Management from Stellenbosch University in 2011. He also holds a Degree in Fisheries & Marine Sciences from the University of Namibia in 2005. His career in fisheries began at the Ministry of Fisheries & Marine Resources in 2005. He is now with the University of Namibia s Department of Fisheries.
