Dr. Valentyna Puzikova is a highly qualified railway manager, contract lawyer and human rights defender with a PhD in contract law. She has extensive work experience in Ukrainian railways, particularly in logistics, contract development and supplier coordination, where she worked as a lawyer in the Southern Railway system.
