Chapter three will further elaborate about governing principles and basic techniques of development planning.

Worked in various development projects for over a decade, obtained practical experience on planning, financing, execution, M&E, and impact assessment, I recently published a book on "Project Planning and Analysis" in 2010. Moving to academics I lecture on "Development Planning" to undergrads while having a PhD candidacy in Development Studies.
