The book focused on Human Resources Management Practices (Recruitment and selection, Reward management and employee retention, Training and Development) on how they can improve the performance of the hospitality sector in Zimbabwe. The book also looks at strategies to enhance human resources management practices in the hospitality sector, sustainable HR policy framework, alignment of HR practices and organizational strategy, employee involvement, and Benchmarking of Best Practices. The outcomes of this work indicate that they have been able to close a lacuna in the empirical literature on the impact of human resource practices on overall organizational performance in Zimbabwe hospitality sector and beyond.
