In this book, four types of DDE have been described and a suggestion made on the management regimes of each condition. It is hoped that the book will help many of these dentist to adequately understand and deal with DDE when they encounter them during their routine practice.

Dr. Arthur M. Kemoli, who holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Paediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, University of Nairobi, Kenya. He has a keen interest in clinical research in Paediatric Dentistry, and has published widely on clinical issues in this area.
