Dr. Siddheshwar Chopra completed Ph.D. in experimental Physics (Title: Fabrication and characterization of plasma deposited silicon nitride thin films) from one of the premiere Institutes of India, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. Currently his active research is in the computational research on nanomaterials.
