In this paper we develop a diagnosis of the organizational climate for the company LOS TAMBOS DEL CARIBE in the municipality of San Bernardo, Córdoba, through surveys and direct observation, for subsequent analysis with which we seek to improve the shortcomings that are present in the aspects related to the organizational climate. To explore this interesting topic we will find the opinion of important scholars on the subject and we will also rely on the definitions given by prominent authors on the subject. Taking into account what Chiavenato (1992) said, the organizational climate constitutes the internal environment and the characteristic psychological atmosphere that exists in each organization. He also mentions that the concept of organizational climate involves different aspects of the situation, which mutually overlap to varying degrees, such as the type of organization, technology, policies, operational goals, internal regulations (structural factors); in addition to attitudes, value systems and forms of social behavior that are encouraged or punished (social factors).
