She was the scientific secretary of dissertational board of IGMA for 5 years on protection of candidate dissertations on surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and forensic medicine. She has supervised thedefense of 17 master's and 1 doctoral dissertation. For 12 years she was the secretary of problematic surgery commission of the Academy. She is the secretary of Udmurtian National Society of Surgeons.
