Regina Mpingana Shikongo (PhD) is a Lecturer and an Academic and Outreach Coordinator for Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes in the Centre for External Studies at the University of Namibia, Oshakati Campus. She is an experienced an educator and a communicator.
