Autorenporträt
JOHN MANNING was born in England, but came to Canada as a boy and was educated in Ontario. He completed the honours course in English and History at Queen's University in 1943, and took his M.A. in 1944. From the University of Toronto, he received a B.Paed, with honours, and a D.Paed. in 1953. Since 1947, he has been a member of the faculty of Michigan State University , where he is Associate Professor in the Department of Education.
