The aim of this research work is to outline methods that use central social scientific approaches to analyze the Political changes in the Arab world with an overall concentration on Arab Spring. The concept of plutocracy may be advocated by the wealthy classes of a society in an indirect or surreptitious fashion, though the term itself is almost always used in a pejorative sense.
