The purpose of this research is to present the pre-military instruction room at the Catholic University Cecilio Acosta (UNICA) as a didactic proposal to reinforce national identity. This work is framed within different methodological currents such as exploratory, descriptive, qualitative and documentary research, and aims to offer teachers tools to provide answers to specific problems and achieve an attitudinal transformation in the agents involved, in order to solve them through the application of the scientific method, therefore, the objective of the project is to propose a pre-military instruction room. The theoretical references that guided the research were: pre-military instruction, national identity and learning room. The results after the application of the data collection instrument confirmed the weaknesses to be addressed by the pre-military instruction room within the academic training of future teachers.
