They contain several didactic strategies proposed by several authors to achieve an adequate reading comprehension in students of the Primary Level, after having carried out an exhaustive study in an Educational Institution about the level of reading comprehension of the students of this house of studies. Likewise, several studies carried out in recent years on the subject are included, as well as the theories of authors such as: Solé, Pinzás, Calero, among others. Finally, it includes a proposal of cognitive and metacomprehensive strategies that teachers should use during the reading process with their students to achieve the desired success.
