Emotional education and positive emotions are fundamental in Early Childhood Education, a stage in which the child still does not understand or manage these emotions well due to its egocentric nature, typical of this first stage. In this article, we propose a series of activities and techniques to know and work both emotions and positive emotions, which can help students in various situations of everyday life.After the analysis of emotions and emotional education in the Early Childhood Education stage, we consider of vital importance to know what is the perception of teachers on this subject through a semi-structured interview with professionals in the field of Early Childhood Education.
