The present research work offers a solution to one of the most pressing problems of education at all levels of education and refers to how to achieve that our professionals in training from the different subjects, manage to direct with quality the teaching-learning process from their initial training. It responds to the professional problem: How to contribute to the preparation of the professionals in training of second year, day course (CD), of the career Spanish Literature in the direction of the teaching-learning process from the subject Didactics II? The objective to reach was directed to propose a program of Didactics II for the professionals in formation of the career of Spanish Literature for the direction of the teaching-learning process. For the fulfillment of the objectives, methods of the theoretical and empirical level were used that allowed to define from the practice, the necessity of its proposal.
