In spite of the Iow breeding factor which is expected for the thorium uranium fuel cycle, a satisfying breeding proce~cc:ould be reached due to the high specific power of this reactor type. La determination du facteur de fis sion rapide de la glucine ainsi que la recherche d'un procede pyrolitique pour la suppression des produits de fission les plus importants sont les problemes de premier ordre qui doivent etre resolus dans le cadre de ce developpement.
