The relation of these potencies to each other arealways essential for describing, explaining or even understand history. The topic freedomof press is important until today, because press is an endangered property even in thepresence. So there is also given a short insight into the development of the freedom ofpress in the beginning of the 20th century and the present situation of press in Germanytoday.
