In the present investigation Dielectric studies of Magnesium Substituted NiCuZn Ferrites for microinductor applications concludes that the following are observed The dielectric studies revealed that the magnitudes of dielectric constant at low frequencies are very high in all the samples. They also showed dispersion behaviour. From the present studies it is concluded that the samples having low resistivity show high dielectric constant and high loss factor and converse is true in other cases. The loss factor studies revealed that there are dielectric relaxations in the studied in the present work. They are attributed to the presence of copper ion which is available in multiple valence states.
