Katrina vive en un pequeño pueblo del sureste de Inglaterra con su marido y sus tres hijos. En 2013 recibió la beca de ficción Margaret Carey de la SCBWI de las Islas Británicas, y en 2014 fue una de las ganadoras del concurso Undiscovered Voices de la SCBWI. Es la autora de la serie de libros de capítulos THE LAST FIREHAWK, un éxito de ventas de Publishers Weekly (Scholastic Branches), la serie de grado medio SURVIVAL TAILS (Little, Brown), la serie de grado medio POPPY'S PLACE (Stripes), y el lector inicial THE NINJABREAD MAN (Franklin Watts). y libros ilustrados. Guilherme Karsten es un escritor e ilustrador, nació y vive en Blumenau, sur de Brasil. Estudió Publicidad y Diseño Gráfico y comenzó su carrera de ilustración en la industria de la animación y la moda. En 2010 ilustró su primer libro infantil. Desde entonces ha ilustrado más de 30 libros de autores brasileños e internacionales. Katrina lives in a small town in southeastern England with her husband and three children. Guilherme Karsten is a writer and illustrator, born and lives in Blumenau, southern Brazil. Since then he has illustrated more than 30 books by Brazilian and international authors. Which led him to start writing and, in 2017, "The Ride!", his first book as an author and illustrator won an honorable mention in the First International Illustrated Books Awards of Serpa 2017.
