Syrgak Kydyraliev was born March 1, 1956. After gratuating from Leningrad(Saint-Petersburg) state university, recieved PhD in Math at the same university. He has a lot of experience in teaching math and economic diciplines. Currently he is an acting professor in American University in Central Asia, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
