Already this system was market as Demand Driven process of information dissemination but still it is an effective tool to field the stakeholder because of its central line of common nature. The previous researcher had assessed the job performance of their extension workers, involved in the system according to their numeration; the Transfer of Technology (TOT) process is a top down approach and adoptive in nature. Through it requires a pro-adaptive concept of technology dissemination for the development of our peasant society. In such a research climate the present study had been conducted to operationalize and characteristics. The training needs of the experienced grass root level.
