The general aim of this book is to show the difficulties encountered by Executive Secretarial (ES) professionals in entering the job market. To this end, a qualitative study was carried out, with in-depth interviews with Executive Secretarial professionals and Human Resources managers. Antonia Aline Rodrigues has a Bachelor's degree in Trilingual Executive Secretariat from UFRR (2014). She is the Director's Secretary in the Budget and Finance Division at FEMARH. Jaqueline Silva da Rosa is a PhD student in Administration (UNISINOS). She has a Master's degree in Administration and specializes in Biocentric Education and Organizational and Work Psychology. She is a permanent lecturer at UFRR.
