This book examines the relationship between digital communication decency and the managerial effectiveness of Airline Operators in Southern states of Nigeria. This book aims to experimentally investigate the impact of digital communication decency on the interpersonal, informational, and decisional efficacy of managers of airline operators in Southern Nigeria. A cross-sectional exploratory survey research design was adopted. The study population consisted of 22 Airlines Operators operating in Southern Nigeria. A structured questionnaire entitled Digital Communication Decency and Managerial Effectiveness Index (DCDMEI) was designed on a four-point Likert scale. The instrument's reliability was ascertained using Crombach Alpha, with the most negligible coefficient up to 0.743. Out of 110 copies of the questionnaire distributed, 98 documents were retrieved. The following were the findings: digital communication decency has a powerful positive effect on the interpersonal, informational and decision effectiveness of managers of Airline Operators in Southern Nigeria.
