This book is an outcome of a study on digital divide in the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in counsellor education in universities of South South Nigeria. It was conducted in the South South Geopolitical Zone of Nigeria. The adopted a survey design and used ICT Utilization Questionnaire (IUQ) in gathering data from the entire population of 142 counsellor-educators and trainee-counsellors in the five universities in the South South zone who offered Guidance and Counselling as a course of study at the Master's degree level in the 2007/2008 session.

Dr. Mfon Eyo is a lecturer in the Department of Guidance and Counselling, Faculty of Education, University of Calabar, Nigeria. He has, to his credit, a textbook, three book chapters and 23 published journal articles. His research interest spans across cyber counselling, ICT in Education and vulnerable group (women, children/youth and the aged).
