Research interests: Information Society, Digital Health, Artificial Intelligence, Human-Computer Interaction, Interface Design and Usability, Universal Accessibility. He co-organizes the International Conference "Internet and Modern Society". He is a member of the interdepartmental working group on forming an e-government in Russia under the Presidential Council on the Development of Information Society. He has been an active participant in international and national projects designed to develop the technologies of the information society and e-government, as well as communicate the Russian and foreign experience in implementing interactive services to the governmental bodies.
