Education is about learning, and learning should not just be restricted to schools. It should be learning by all, learning for all, learning with all. Overall, Indian education is being readied to adapt to a framework for enhancing learning within and outside the classroom. The foundation of this framework will be the Online/Digital Education Guidelines and Standards, which will address the digital divide, enabling equitable learning. Education and Development are two sides of the same coin.
