The research proposal of this monograph aims to find that sports clubs in the commune 16 Belen of the Municipality of Medellin use digital marketing strategies or market via web or online, what positive effects provided the online use, what are the most appropriate platforms for amateur clubs in the commune 16 of Medellin can exchange with their customers to offer their product and services, thus meeting the needs of customers in the field of sport.Sports clubs are created with the need to offer sports services, recreational, human development, business activities, in sports modalities such as execution in sports techniques in sports such as soccer, athletics, basketball, volleyball, swimming, table tennis, among others. The health emergency caused by the virus COVID 19 from 2020 to the present 2021 left some sports clubs without income for their support, others with a tendency to disappear, loss of current and potential customers, unemployment, with lack of the community to receive sports instructions in this time of confinement.
