Sonia Belkacem Chebil es una estudiante de doctorado y tecnóloga tunecina nacida en 1986. Obtuvo un diploma nacional en ingeniería mecánica en 2010, seguido de un máster nacional en ingeniería mecánica en 2011 en la Escuela Nacional de Ingeniería de Monastir-Túnez.
