Today's teachers must be aware that Cuban society is not living through a change of era, but rather is immersed in an era of changes in which the jurist must face civil, criminal, labour, industrial property relations, etc., influenced by technological innovation. As well as assisting commercial, contractual and commercial relations in which ICTs provide new scenarios for action. Law teachers present clear insufficiencies related to their teaching performance, due to a lack of knowledge of the existing relationship between Law and Computer Science, and the consequent use of technological and digital tools as a new means of generating knowledge. Given that the latter will lack the skills and knowledge offered by ICT to their teacher.
