It is equally noted that while some of the digital equipment are naturally designed upon reasonable believes that they would be used to facilitate infringements of protected works, some are not. This book strived to proffer ways forward bearing in mind the complexities and intricacies in balancing conflicting interests that have been bedeviling copyright protections to wit; maintaining extreme exclusivityof rights and generation of technological knowledge which must be reconciled to forestall a robust copyright regime.
