This book is particularly interested in the use of digital tools in the landscape of organizations in general and particularly for monitoring and evaluation activities. As actors (from the coordinator to the agent in charge of data collection), these tools must be properly appropriated. The structure and functionalities of the KoBo Toolbox/KoBocollect digital tool will be discussed here, as well as the level of appropriation, collection strategies, data reliability and workload.
