In this 21st century, due to the exponential revolution of information and communication technologies, the issue of digitization is the subject of debate in all instances and levels of society. From the general administration to the organizations through the companies, the observation remains the same. Elaborate a new working system adapted to the evolution of time; the digital time. This book is particularly interested in the use of digital tools in the landscape of organizations in general and particularly for monitoring and evaluation activities. As actors (from the coordinator to the agent in charge of data collection), these tools must be properly appropriated. The structure and functionalities of the KoBo Toolbox/KoBocollect digital tool will be discussed here, as well as the level of appropriation, collection strategies, data reliability and workload.
