Gilbert Rossing, a retired Lutheran minister, served thirty years as a pastor of Lutheran parishes (ELCA) in Spokane, Washington; Portland, Oregon; and Castroville and San Angelo, Texas. He holds a Master of Theology degree from Luther Theological Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a Master of Arts in Education degree from Portland State University.
