Generally the book focuses mainly on well known trademarks. However, other aspects of intellectual property rights are referred to for purposes of comparing or clarifying issues relating to the main content of the book.

Harish Chandra Pandey is Guest Faculty at the department of Law, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, India. He has studied B.COM., LL.B. and LL.M. at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. He has done Ph.D. at the Department of Law,CCS Meerut University, Meerut, India.
