1945 was the date that marked the end of World War II, another page of history was opened. The peoples of the United Nations swore to never wage war again because of the untold number of lives lost in this intercontinental belligerence, or in other words among the great powers. Using the most flexible, softest means, without using coercive force to achieve these objectives. Thus, culture, humanitarian aid, and other means are now used by countries for this purpose. Haiti, in the heart of this matter, must follow in the footsteps of this more effective and less costly diplomacy: Cultural Diplomacy.
