The Islamic Republic of Iran is becoming a great regional power and its choosing will decide if it'll be peace or war on middle est in next years and maybe in the world. The political strategies of USA and Iran are not clear because they are waiting each other local and international events. One of the most important actual fact is the changing of the presidency in the USA but this does not work strongly to change the situation and position in middle east and in the world. A very changing in the political worldwide-view could come from a serious condamn of certain actions by all over the world because a domestical repressive policy cannot go together with a foreign revolutionary policy. This work tries to offer a motive for a critic reflection about politic and diplomatic relations between USA and Iran, and set up a useful means to understand dynamics and interests that moves and addresses the foreign policy of a country in a specific historic period. Final objective of this workis to understand the position and intention of the two countries, through their history and how they'll move their policies towards next years. Is USA policy towards Iran facing a new beginning?
