The objective of this research was to evaluate the perception of disability and labor discrimination in the city of Chihuahua. The research design was non-experimental, transectional, descriptive and correlational. The population and the unit of analysis were people from the city of Chihuahua. The type of sampling was probabilistic. The sample size was 112 people. The sample selection was simple. The variables evaluated were the perception of Disability and Discrimination at work. The measurement instrument was a questionnaire composed of: socio demographic data and another section composed of 16 questions, five questions measured the perception of disability and 11 questions measured the perception of labor discrimination. A descriptive analysis was carried out and the dependence between the socio-demographic indicators and the indicators of both variables was evaluated through the chi-square test.
